Return & Refund Policy

While we take great care to ensure the quality and accuracy of every product, we understand that there may be rare occasions where you need to return an item. Our return and refund policy is designed to make the process straightforward and fair.

Return Eligibility

  • Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • We only accept return requests under the following conditions:
    • Wrong Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
    • Damaged Product: If the product arrives damaged or defective.

Conditions for Return

  • Box Opening Video: To be eligible for a return, you must provide a video of the package being opened. This video serves as proof that the product arrived in a damaged condition or is incorrect.
    • The video should clearly show the unboxing from the moment you receive the package, focusing on the condition of the packaging and product.
    • Requests without the box opening video will not be accepted for returns or refunds.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • We do not accept returns for products due to size issues. Please ensure that you refer to the size chart available on each product page before placing your order to select the correct size.
    • Any used or damaged items (by the customer) will not be accepted for return.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your product to request a return. You can reach us via:
  2. Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item back.
  3. Shipping Costs for Returns:
    • If your return is approved due to a wrong or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • If the return is for any other reason (aside from size issues, which we do not accept), the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company’s policies.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via email or through our contact form.

  • Please ensure you carefully review your order before making a purchase, especially the size chart for shoes and slippers, as we do not offer returns or exchanges for size-related issues.
